Consul General Lee Seo Young attended "the North Korea-Russia Alliance and Geopolitics of East Asia" event at the East-West Center's Imin International Conference Center and delivered welcome remarks. The Guest Speaker, Ambassador Chun Yungwoo (Chairman/Founder of the Korean Peninsula Future Forum, Fmr. ROK National Security Advisor), shared his insights on the future of the ROK-US alliance, ROK-US-Japan trilateral security cooperation framework in the light of new challenges presented by the Russia-North Korea alliance and China-Russia ‘no limits’ strategic partnership.
